Team Pendragon Blog
https://teampendragon.wordpress.com/ I've been neglecting it for a while, but I'll be posting updates as I build my new medium-size trebuchet "Son of Pendragon". The plan is to build a floating-axle modred designed to throw small (1-2 lb) pumpkins for the Burlington Pitch. Depending on how...

Re: 2018 Chunkin' Events
Burlington went well, although there were only 5 teams this year (UFO and Logcraft did not compete). Gourdinator threw the furthest with a shot of about 1090 feet. Hopefully I can get around to uploading video soon (still need to upload last years' footage too!) The Ballistikraft did a personal best...

Catapults on Scrapheap Challenge
As a huge fan of Scrapheap Challenge (aka Junkyard Wars), I've seen quite a few catapult/projectile-related episodes. So I'm currently compiling a list of episodes available on YouTube. Season 1: Siege Engines https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m7kuGdDctgE Season 3: Missile Launcher https://www.youtube...

Re: Who's up for Burlington?
I'll (RtB) be there again, with Ballistikraft in the lite division. It has 2 interchangeable arms- the original, and a new one that has some... improvements. (which I still haven't tested yet.) I'll be sure to get plenty of photos and videos of the event. Hopefully now that the WCPC is (fingers cros...

Re: Burlington
I'm still working on editing videos from Snohomish & Burlington, but I did get a Burlington slo-mo compilation up on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FLuj7nClZJ8 Drill Sergeant threw some baseballs and a mini-pumpkin, although at a much flatter trajectory than what we got at home during ...

Re: Snohomish 2015
Here's the video of Logcraft firing w/ the branch arm (regular and slo-mo). Sadly the camera went out of focus during the throw, but at least the slo-mo looks good.

See you at Burlington- I'll bring Drill Sergeant along as well for fun.

Re: Less than a week to Snohomish!
I (RtB) will be back at both Snohomish (with Ballistikraft) and Burlington (with Drill Sergeant). I had a few last minute team issues which is why I hadn't been able to reply to the organizers until now.

Re: Northwest Hurling Events
RtB here. Another Snohomish Hurl come & gone. Sadly, we had vehicle trouble right before the event, and were forced to bring the little guy (Drill Sergeant) instead. Still had fun though! Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zf3Md5R0c_c Image Gallery: http://hurlingforums.com/forum/gallery/alb...
